WARRANTY STATEMENTS

AABY boasts of supplying the best electrical products and never compromising on quality or safety.

AABY will repair the damaged products free of charge reported within 24 months after delivered to the customer, of which it is proven thosedamages are caused by material and/or production defect in accordance with the following terms.

• The warranty does not cover fragile parts, such as lens, glass, plastic and bulbs.
• For products with the quality slightly different from the stipulated quality and do not impact the value and applicability, this warranty shall not prevail.
• AABY will not repair damages caused by chemical and electronic chemical actions of water and by abnormal environmental conditions; AABY also will not repair damaged products caused by inappropriate use of the electrical appliances which have contacted unsuitable substances.
• AABY will not make any warranty for damages to electrical appliances caused by transportation by other companies, careless use, non-domestic use, incorrect installation and assembly, carelessness or failure to follow the operation or assembly instructions.
• The warranty becomes invalid if repair is done by unauthorized repairman or damages are caused by installing accessories or parts not provided by AABY.
• It is at AABY’s discretion to repair or replace damaged components free of charge.
• The purchase invoice of the retailer or the delivery note of Amazon from which indicates the date of purchase or delivery must be produced during repair.
• The removed components will be the possession of AABY.
• There is no change to the warranty period after repair. The warranty period of installed accessories shall expire in accordance with the entire warranty period of the appliance from its purchase date.
• AABY shall not assume any other claims or legal liabilities (especially for claims concerning damages beyond the electrical appliances).
• The warranty terms are applicable to appliances purchased and operated in the United States and Europe.
• The warranty becomes invalid if the appliances are shipped to countries/regions other than the United States and Europe.
• Upon expiry of the warranty period, AABY’s Customer Service Center and service partners will continue offering paid repair services.
• AABY shall not offer any maintenance services, regardless of paid or free of charge, if the electrical appliances are not purchased from local retailers or are not imported to the United States or Europe through AABY.
• AABY reserves the right to amend the warranty terms and conditions without giving notice. For the latest contents of the warranty terms, please refer to the official website of AABY.
